Even as a trainee she stood out and she became a top ace in the elite Eighth Air Force fighting in Britannia and Gallia. She likes to dual-wield and charge in recklessly, so she is referred to as a "One-Man Air Force". Because of her passionate personality she has no interest in posts away from the frontline. For this reason, she essentially invited herself into the 504th Joint Fighter Wing. She depends heavily on her wingman Jane T. Godfrey.
