Ichikawa is a blind professional mahjong player with extremely acute hearing. Ichikawa is a player that would play by the book, while Akagi played in various ways, ignoring rationality.


He seems to be similar to Akagi, but Akagi denies this, calling him a fake, and proves it by defeating him.


He appears in Hero, a sequel to Ten.
