Yuuri Wakasa's younger sister.

In the manga:

It's revealed that the Ruu whom Yuuri is seeing is actually a delusion based around Yuki's stuffed bear, hinted at by the hair clips shaped like the bear's ears, and the scarf shaped like its mustache.


Ruu actually existed, but was killed in a traffic accident long before the outbreak, under the eyes of her older sister. Yuuri still holds herself responsible for not being able to stop her from running onto a busy road.
