Kiyoharu is a cross-dresser. Although he presents himself as a girl, his male classmates spread gossip of his crossdressing through the school.

His stick takes the form of a ring. It allows him to connect and communicate with other's minds, regardless of distance. He uses this to communicate with other magical girls and check whether or not someone is still alive.
