Tsugaru is a young man who has a dry goods shop and bought Suzuko free from the red light district. His hobby is to "find things," so after meeting Suzuko, he took her in as his assistant because of a bond they share. He is a calm and reliable person who cares the most for Suzuko. But he has some trouble with his family, especially his father.
