Hina Kamiyama is a aspiring manga artist who is just starting out by renting an apartment. However, a mix-up leads to her sharing her new apartment with the soon-to-be divorced, Akira Toudou. Being a free spirited young woman, she nicknames her new roommate "Mr. Todes" she proceeds to get whatever she can out of him including rent, food, manga story ideas, and the occasional sexual encounters.
