Hitomi is Shou Naruse's older sister.

She always wears fashionable clothes and often makes loud and showy entrances. She's described to be a real beauty by Shou's friends and Yuki Machida's brothers. She also seems to be comfortable around people, speaking to Yuki with familiarity upon their first meeting onward.


It is revealed that she has a fiance, Alejandro Fernandez, and are about to be married, holding the ceremony in Hawaii.
