Fuka Usami

About

Fuka Usami is Yuki Machida's neighbor who attends the same middle school. Although their relationship starts out awkwardly, they quickly become very close friends, supporting each other throughout the story.

She has black, above shoulder hair, and is shown to have good taste in fashion. She is honest with herself and very theatrical, leading Yuki to describe her as a strange person. She's also said to be beautiful, which makes her popular amongst boys.

She is in love with Suwa, even though she thinks he is a jerk.


After realizing that Suwa is just putting up a facade to please people, Fuka confesses her feelings to him, and declares that she will find the "real him".


She and Suwa officially start going out.


Usami, member of Ryuhoku's basketball club, is revealed to be her younger brother, a fact she had planned to hide from everyone she knew for the rest of her life.
