With Lio, Gueira is wanted as a Burnish terrorist. As a member of the group known as Mad Burnish, he is an aggressive power type. He refers to Lio as “boss” and places absolute trust in him as the leader. He has a tattoo he calls “Lightning Blade” on his collarbone.
