Shui is one of the heavenly creatures that fell to Earth when a piece of Heaven was disloged following a dispute between the gods. Like all manbeasts, he can switch between manbeast and human form, and is affected by the negative emotions of nearby human. After meeting Olgrius, he expresses a desire to protect him, although he still displays impulsive tendencies occasionally.
