Mitsuko works at his uncle's hostel. One day he comes across the kappa Tenshi, whom he initially mistakes for an alien, and nurses him back to health. Since his mother is a strong onmyouji of the Oike family, Mitsuko's blood attracts youkai and makes them more susceptible to obeying his wishes.
