Haruaki Tsukumo

Haruaki lives in the same neighborhood as Chigusa and claims to be able to see ghosts. He has a familiar spirit in the form of a snake, which he carries around his shoulders at all times and converses with. Haruaki often warns Chigusa about Kedama, whom he doesn't trust and wants to see exorcised.
