Prince Didier is ruling in place of his bedridden father. Despite living in a kingdom that thrives on the fishing industry, he hates fish and would rather eat meat, and plans to build casinos throughout the country once his father dies.

Didier seems to be break down at the very sight of Ludwig, who calls him "Dee Dee Boy" and bullied him so much during one of Didier's visits to his kingdom, that Didier had to go through hypnosis therapy to forget the trauma.
