Haruna is an 11-year-old girl entering 5th grade, and the protagonist of the story. She has a tomboyish and carefree personality around her family, though she likes discussing fashion with her girl friends as well. Haruna likes spending time playing with Hiroyuki, her childhood friend, whom she ends up having a child with by accident.
