He is a former high school colleague of Nagisa. His real name isn't stated, and Mitsuru calls him "Milk-tan" because he greatly resembles another moe character that Mitsuru has a crush on: Milk-tan, the rival of Lain-tan. Similar to the character, he appears sweet but is actually mean.
