Appears in the side story Lucky Bill. Charles is an actor struggling to get by in New York. Five years prior to the start of the story, him and Ian went to the same drama school and Charles harbored a dislike for Ian's lax attitude towards acting, unaware of Ian's crush on him. When the two meet again, Ian helps him obtain an audition and Charles regains his passion and decides to pursue acting seriously again.
