Professor's Classmate

She attended the same school as the Professor; they talked occasionally, despite her thinking of him as "bad news" after hearing about his dream of creating a robot friend. Although cynical and with a fatalistic view of the world up to this point, this talk inspired her to find her own dream, which turned out to be robotic engineering.

Her name is never revealed.


She passes away peacefully from the mysterious disease shortly before the Professor comes to visit, but not before seeing that the Professor had finally made his robot friend.
