Haruou is the current "Great Tree", overseeing all events that involved "flowers" and managing the Muromachi School, a school dedicated to training "flowers". He has a reclusive personality but can also be arrogant and childish. Contrary to the custom of the Great Tree not having a "flower", Haruou is the "flower master" of Fujiwaka.
