Neo has spent the 10 years after high school fretting over his relationship with Yuuki, his former senpai. After dying in a traffic accident on the way to Yuuki's wedding, the 28-year-old Neo is sent back to his high school years and decides to assist his younger self in setting things straight with Yuuki.
