Angel

About

Appears for the first time in Tomari Ki (in Henai). A mysterious figure who appears in front of Kouki, but, instead of taking his soul, he saves his life. He asks to stay with Kouki, claiming that he is hurt and can't return to Heaven.

In One Room Angel, the Angel is more assertive and demanding, and doesn't remember why he came down from Heaven. The emotions of those around him affect his life force.


Eventually, the Angel discovers that he was never an angel before meeting Kouki, but Takashi Takashina — a middle school student who committed suicide at the same time and place as Kouki was stabbed. He was bullied by a classmate, who died in an accident right before Takashi's eyes after trying to make a move on him. Afterwards, the bullying intensified and Takashi, unable to bear it, commited suicide.
