Appears in Doku ni mo Naranai Propose. Kei works at a marriage agency and is appointed to handle the preparations for Masayuki's wedding party. He identifies as gay, though he has dated women in the past as well, and currently prefers not being involved with anyone romantically. After warning Masayuki that his fiancée out was cheating on him and taking advantage of him, Masayuki begins pursuing him instead.
