Appears in Osoware Propose. Chiaki first meets Kouichi at the wedding of Kouichi's brother and Chiaki's aunt. He falls in love with Kouichi after the latter compliments his (feminine) outfit, assuming Chiaki was a girl — however, despite confessing to Kouichi numerous times, his feelings aren't returned.
