Appears in the first story, Okujou Fuukei (Rooftop Scenery). He used to be in the same class as Andou in the first year of high school, when Andou's tendency to keep to himself made Minaguchi all the more interested in observing him. One year later, he even gets a part-time job and saves money to buy a cell phone to take Andou's photo with.
