Appears in Rakuda Tsukai to Ouji no Yoru (Night of the Cameleer and the Prince). Alphard is a young man and the son of a rich businessman. While doing business, he is caught in a sandstorm and saved by Kamel, whom he feels endlessly ingratiated to. He is very attentive to his community's needs.
