Riku is a 20-year-old university student. He met Rune as a child, after accidentally dropping some borrowed porn magazines into the ocean, which she retrieved for him. After years of meeting up near the ocean, Riku agreed to let her live with him once she grew human legs. He is a member of the stargazing club.
