Sei is a high school student who visits the same café as Sumito. He has such beautiful handwriting that Sumito writes back to him, assuming that Sei is a girl. Despite the nickname "Higuma" and the many rumors floating around about how scary he is, Sei likes flowers and doesn't hesitate to ask Sumito out. His family owns a flower shop.
