Koutarou is a fighter in Nobunaga Oda's Tenkaichi martial arts tournament. She is a ninja and the sixth leader of the Fuuma Ninja Clan. She represents Ujimasa Houjou of the Houjou Clan. She defeated Seigen Toda in the first round and will fight Musashi Miyamoto in the second.

She keeps Koutarou Fuuma the 5th as her slave pet, and forces him to act as a dog for her own amusement.

Her strength lies in her ability to inject the Fuuma Drug Arts: Miyabi Orochi Number 6 without dying. The drug gives her unlimited stamina and enhanced power.
