Saki Sonoda

About

An energetic, perky girl, Saki is one of the Tenba High-School Cheerleading Club members. Due to her short height (158 cm), her position is on the top whenever the cheerleaders perform. She's the one who encourages Maki to join the Cheerleading Club, which he does much later. Her best friends are Emiko and Minori, though she gets along with everyone else in the club as well.


It is later revealed that one of the possible motivations of her energetic persona might be because she wants to perform the "perfect cheer" for her father. Her father has seldom (if ever) been mentioned since.
