Youichirou Migiwa

About

Migiwa is the director of DS Research, and Kozakura's contact within the organization. He is tasked with managing the facility, acquiring artifacts, and taking care of Fourth Kind contactees who are left with permanent damage after their interaction with the Otherside.

Sorawo notes that although he may appear harmless, Migiwa is skilled at handling guns, giving first aid, and even exacting torture. He has sleeves of Mayan writing tattoos which he shyly admits are a "youthful indiscretion" from his time in Central America.
