Seong Chan-il is a childhood friend of Cirrus and the crush of Skylar. He has been in the same club as Skylar since their freshman year, and he held great admiration for Skylar due to his great photography ability.


While Skylar and he started out with an incredibly rocky relationship, Chan-il even thinking Skylar hated him, the two eventually became friends as Skylar let his icy persona down. Chan-il is not aware of the relationship between Cirrus and Skylar, nor is he aware of Skylar’s crush on him.
