Uhshio Oirase

Uhshio Oirase is a first year student at Enoshima Oceanographic School for Girls and a member of the Diving Class. She won the gold metal for swimming at the Junior Olympics. She wore an aiguillette on her school uniform, signifying that she was the top student in her starting year.
