So-wol is an unranked fight class 1 student. Despite being one of the finalists from the preliminaries she was disqualified for an unofficial fight with another student. She is more often than not chewing bubblegum and is said to be addicted to it as she chews it in place of smoking cigarettes. So-wol is defensive of her friends, Jang Chun-soo and Oh In-taek, but will step in if she thinks they're doing something wrong. If someone provokes her or catches her interest, she’ll challenge them to a fight to the death where the loser becomes the winner’s bitch. She is also shown to extend a helping hand to Jiu Ji-tae multiple times because of his importance to Maria.



In the Maria test, So-wol is said to have 3 not-so-secret characteristics: She is a lesbian, a masochist, and has a prosthetic leg. Because of her skill, masochism, and a fake-out with her prosthetic, she ranked first in the Maria test, with a time of 1 minute 32 seconds. So-wol is also shown to have a crush on Maria, it is implied she stopped smoking because Maria said she reeked of cigarettes during their match. Later on, it's revealed that So-wol is from the tunnels, which is where she learned how to fight.
