Nicknamed "Panties" because he had lost his pants and had no more to go out with and buy new ones with. This probably led to his loner lifestyle as a NEET.
Episode 9
Near the end of the episode nine, Itazu gets hit by a car and announced dead.
Episode 11
Near the end of episode eleven, Itazu is seen on a hospital bed resting, smiling outside of a window which proves that he did not actually die during episode nine, but was actually unconscious or was in a nearly dying state.

Panties helps Eden of the East by assisting them to the best of his abilities.
