Shichiho aspires to be a mangaka but is consistently rejected by every company he pitches his ideas to, eventually ending up at Monthly Spark, an ero manga magazine. Despite drawing ecchi, he is inexperienced in love and sex. He is put off by Kayama's masochism and sexual frivolity.
