Paco Laburantes is a major ally in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 9: The JOJOLands. He is a 19 year old gangster living in Honolulu, Hawaii who works alongside Jodio and Dragona Joestar for Meryl Mei Qi. Paco is mentioned to have suffered abuse from his father who bit part of his left ear off. His Stand is The Hustle which enables him to manipulate his muscles.
