A wandering trickster of the dream world, Joka always appears wherever confusion occurs. Because chaos itself is his greatest joy, his sense of purpose is sometimes unclear. He is a master at using magical creatures in his schemes. His demeanor is always condescending, and he always has something cruel to say. He is a man of considerable ability, but for some reason he also digs his own grave and fails in any scheme he undertakes.
