Noboru is Toshimitsu and Mitsuya's childhood friend, though the three grew apart with time. He used to harbor a secret crush on Toshimitsu and got jealous whenever he paid too much attention to Mitsuya. Ten years after graduation, Noboru and Mitsuya end up living three doors down from each other again. He works as a mangaka, though he tells his parents that he's a writer.
