Duna is a Dinaurian who appears multiple times within the manga, initially being known as "unknown girl", before telling the main character "Hunter" her name when she challenges him to a Vivosaur battle. After Hunter saves Duna's life she begins to rethink her previous beliefs she had about humans. Through the rest of the chapters, she helps Hunter in his fight against the Dinaurians, confirms to Hunter and his friends about the Dinaurians plan to destroy humanity, helps prevent King Dynal from realizing those plans and eventually fighting alongside Hunter to defeat the planet-eating Guhnash.
