Mariko Shono

Appears in Mouten no Venus (Venus in the Blind Spot). Mariko becomes invisible to a few people when in their proximity, but doesn't realize it. She often prays to see UFOs and believes they come from another dimension. She leads the Nanzan UFO Research Society, which was created by her father.


After her father is arrested, Mariko is assaulted and murdered by the former members of the Nanzan UFO Research Society, who were obsessed with her and claimed that she was an alien.
