Kazuma Hiiragi

About

Kazuma is a student suffering from heart problems, who spends a lot of time resting in the nurse's office. He can't overexert himself, or he risks collapsing. Before traveling abroad for surgery, he gets the chance to befriend Akebi.


Six years after graduation, Kazuma is engaged to Akebi, his operation having been successful.
