Madoka's younger brother. He is a Venusian alien, tasked with having children with earthlings, to eventually achieve world domination. He falls in love with Mrs. Makabe after she helps him at the supermarket, and begins challenging Nobuo in various trials to win her over. As a human, he attends university.
