Appears in Furareta Ano Ko ni Kiss (A Kiss for the Dumped). Tsuji works at a restaurant and is interested in Tetsu, his childhood friend, even though he has a girlfriend. Tsuji is annoyed by Makise, who often tags along with Tetsu.
