Lil is part of the Nocturnal Dogs, and is assigned Zane as a partner. According to his boss, he's gone through many partners. He would rather do anything he can do help carriers of the virus, rather than killing them. He holds a lot of respect for Farrell, the man who rescued and raised him.

Note: the mangaka has clarified on Twitter that his name is spelled "Lil".
