Youichi is Mikiya's twin brother.

He know his brother's real personality, When they were little he tried to say to his mom about his brother but his mother said that Mikiya is the prince he can't do anything wrong and every mistake Mikiya did they blame Youichi and Youichi is innocent but his parents didn't believed it.

And Mikiya bullied Youichi and blackmailed him since their childhood and his parents don't care about him they only care about the "prince".
