Yuusuke's rival and the neighborhood bully. Bisco is a tough boy in both appearance and personality, holds the title of president of the Capri Village Battle Robot Association and is a former Battle Robot Tournament champion. His parents run a construction company and have lent SR Corporation 100 million yen.

Bisco abandons Kojirou after he loses in a match against Robomaru in the Battle Robot Tournament, but Yuusuke is angered by his behavior and goes berserk, causing the tournament to be interrupted. They had a rematch at the Greatest 7 Final Qualifying Tournament, where Bisco is finally defeated by Yuusuke.

As previously mentioned, at first Bisco shows an arrogant and mean side, such as easily abandoning Kojirou after he losing to Robomaru, and even trying to win by making Stone commit a foul at the Big Sports Day. He and Yuusuke used to get into fights whenever they met, but during another rematch, he gave up on activating the trap set at his base to weaken Yuusuke and his friends at the behest of Noroider. After the decisive battle against Dr. Zero, Bisco rescued Yuusuke and his friends from the collapse of Castle Zero.
