Appears in It's Not Because I'm Sad. Katsumi is a high school student who became friends with Koharu after she took pity on him. They frequently hang out together, though Katsumi is hesitant to take Koharu's more daring life advice. At her urging, he talks to Akihiko and tries to befriend him.
