Chiyo Misogiya

Kaoru and Hinata's mother, 40 years old. Not just a housewife - she works at the local town hall. She assists her father, Hyogo, with much of the work in the off-limits area of the mountain, having taken on the duties that come with being the mountain's guardian.
She once had strong psychic abilities, but gradually lost them with the birth of each of her children. Her spiritual sensitivity was particularly affected, now being almost entirely gone. When Dara told Chiyo the truth (to an extent), she reminded Chiyo that she would suffer from a curse if she ever shared the information with anyone. With how seriously she took this warning, there was no chance for her to find out that the curse merely causes sudden mouth sores that make it painful to speak.
