She is a daughter of a baron and is plain-looking with black hair, brown eyes, and wears glasses. Her family runs an iron manufacturing business and asked help from the Florro household to help them. Due to increase demand of stock after rapidly expanding, they face the issue of being understaffed, hence the request for help.

Lalah ordered her to take something from Anastasia's desk in exchange for her family's support. If Veronica does not follow, then Lalah and her household would simply pull back their aid to Veronica's household.
