About

A troublesome boy who spreads lies about fires throughout the city where he lives to rob residents and give the money to a bully who torments him daily. Seikichi lives with his mother, a widowed seamstress who works tirelessly to take care of the household expenses. Despite everything, Seikichi is a good boy, and decides to be better after spending a day with Fuusuke.
