Shogo is the main protagonist of Apollo no Uta.

Having been abandoned by his father shortly after his birth and being raised by a mother who never showed him affection, Shogo started to hate the idea of love, even going so far as to kill animals when they show signs of love for one another.
After receiving a shock treatment in a psychiatric consultation, he encounters a God that curse him into falling in love with the same people over and over again, but always shortly before they can be together, one of them die.
